Samuel Zavatti
Founder & Executive Chairman
Mr. Zavatti has over 40 years of global experience and a strong personal network with major financial institutions and major corporates in Asia, the Pacific & the Middle East, providing managerial and executive advisory to the management board.
His comprehensive relationship network includes the majority of the major emerging market financial institutions including banks, insurance companies, large cap corporates and investment companies within the context of origination and structuring on a multiproduct relationship basis.
Luke Seneviratne
Director & Head of Execution
Luke brings over 12 years of extensive corporate finance experience, encompassing both sell-side and buy-side roles across a diverse range of industries, including food, industrials, healthcare, logistics, education, energy, and consumer sectors.
As a passionate and results-oriented professional, he has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, IPOs, and strategic planning within the middle market environment throughout Southeast Asia.
Luke is dedicated to collaborating with diverse individuals and passionate about working with founders. He excels at bridging the realms of business and finance, recognizing that each transaction is a unique opportunity requiring creative structuring. His passion lies in fostering meaningful connections that span the globe, enhancing both professional relationships and cultural understanding.

Jeff Tan, CFA, CFM
Country Manager (Malaysia)
Prior to joining Sadella Advisory, Jeff worked in an international leading advisory firm as a Corporate Finance and M&A Consultant.
He was involved in more than 80 Corporate Finance and M&A exercises, including M&A advisory, Business and Company Valuations, Financial Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, Independent Advisory and Business Strategy Projects for both public and private sector companies.
Jeff is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Financial Modeller (CFM) charter holder. He currently serves as a Board of Director in CFA Society Malaysia.
Jeff also received several international awards in the financial modelling and valuation communities, including CFI Financial Modelling Case Competition and World Championship and Financial Modelling World Cup.
Soh Jun Ho
Assistant Vice President
Mr. Soh graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
During his studies, he completed internships at PwC Malaysia, Citibank Malaysia, and KPMG Malaysia, gaining early exposure to corporate finance, banking operations, and audit.
He began his career at Maybank Investment Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst (M&A), working on cross-border transactions across South-East Asia, before joining Karrin Associates as a Private Equity Investments Analyst.
He has experience in commercial due diligence, private equity investment and portfolio value creation.
Low Soon Jin, ACA
Assistant Vice President
Prior to joining Sadella Advisory, Mr. Low accumulated over seven years of experience as a corporate finance consultant under the deal advisory division of a global accounting network. He has been involved in a broad range of corporate finance engagements spanning acquisitions, divestments, valuations and independent advisory, with clients ranging from publicly listed entities to private SMEs across the renewable energy, aquaculture, construction and healthcare sectors.
Mr. Low is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He also holds an MSc in Investment and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
He is driven by a genuine passion to create value for his clients and approaches every mandate with their interests placed firmly first, helping them capture that value on their own terms.
Alexandre Clement
Associate
Alexandre is French and holds a Master in Finance from ESCP Business School, a Master in Management from Peking University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Paris Dauphine University.
He previously worked at Société Générale, where he was part of the French Large-Cap M&A execution team before joining the Healthcare M&A team in Frankfurt. Prior to Société Générale, he gained M&A experience at HSBC in Paris, as well as Valuation & Business Modelling experience at Deloitte.
Alexandre is fluent in French and English.
Eaman Hussain
Associate
Eaman holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
Prior to joining Sadella Advisory, Eaman gained corporate finance and M&A experience at YCP, where she worked on buy-side and sell-side engagements involving cross-border transactions, valuation advisory and financial analysis. Her work spanned the fintech, enterprise software and manufacturing sectors, involving companies across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
She was previously with PwC Malaysia, where she gained assurance experience working with multinational clients across the technology, communications and consumer products sectors.
Santiago Ordovas Calvo
Analyst
Santiago is a Spanish-Chilean finance professional with an international background spanning South America, Europe and Asia. He holds a Master of Finance from Peking University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Prior to joining Sadella Advisory, Santiago gained corporate finance and M&A experience through analyst roles in Spain and the Netherlands, working on cross-border transactions, capital raising, valuation and financial analysis across sectors including industrials, technology, and renewable energy.
Santiago is fluent in English and Spanish and has working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
